I was stationed at Holloman AFB New Mexico in 1978. I recovered 76-116 the day it arrived at the 8th TFS when it was brand NEW from McAir in St Louis. It was a great airplane to work on and always flew VERY well. It was only assigned to the 49th TFW for about 1-2 years before being transferred to another unit. I stepped up and recovered 77-116 the very next day. That aircraft was transferred from the 33rd TFW at Eglin AFB. It also was a great flyer!

I crewed F-15A 75-0045 and was the DCC on F-15B 75-0089 at Tyndall AFB "A" Flight from 1988 to 1990. I achieved a high flier and a pride of the Fleet with her in 1989. For an old b model she did me good. Any photos of her there at AMARC?

This was the first F-15 I ever worked on at Robins AFB depot in 2001. Needless to say it broke me in. lol

I was stationed at Edwards with 76-0116 and was privileged enough to have been one of the last ADCC's on that jet. 116 was probably one of the best jets I have worked on and was sad to hear they were retiring her. I was on Maj Gen Pearson's final flight. I launched out 116 for the last time Edwards had 4 F-15's in the air together and then she was sent to AMARC. I was suprised to find this pic she looks good.
