I brought her to Travis from Altus in 1997, she arrived with 170 pages of write-ups!! Took awhile but she eventually became pretty dependable.

While this plane shows it was a Martinsburg asset, it was truly a Stewart tail to the end. I was the WG-12 on her from 2004-2012. A plane that gave fits to some on the road and behaved perfectly for others.
Plus she has the coolest of nose arts, a blending of history and global reach. Aluminum Overcast Too. Doug Havell the nose art master is the man who designed and painted this. I hope the museum will go into the yard and put the works of art that are there into the hall of Nose art.
