I was assigned this aircraft as the designated crew chief in 1978, and crewed it for three years. When I was assigned this aircraft she was the K Ball Queen of the squadron. The write ups in the forms were as large as a big cities phone book. I went to work to bring her up to flying status, and when I did she was the top flyer base wide for six months. The only thing that disthroned her was she had to go to phase because of hours. It was an honor to work on such a fine aircraft and I miss those days. I am going to visit your facility in the coming months, and I hope I can see her again. Sincerel y Yours
