I was the Crew Chief on 64-1033 at RAF Alconbury,UK, 32nd TRS, 10th TRW from 1967 to 1969. On one flight the aircraft started to porpoise at high speed, so we tore her apart to look for structural damage. None found, and appears she flew well for the next 25 years.

I flew this RF-4C while it was assigned to the 106th TRS /117th ARW Alabama Air National Guard. It was assigned to the 106th from 1971 to 1994. I flew it from 1988 to 1994. When it was sent to DM it had my name on the rear canopy and Dan Mikos on the front.
