I was the Crew Chief on this fine flying machince from Jan96 until i transferred to the 38th Recon Sq. in Oct of 98. She was a very fine plane with no unusual 135 problems. Set an unofficial record in Jan 97 with 21 code one flights in a row. The plane seemed to be in high demand due to its ability to always be ready to fly. Spent many weeks with her on alert and she never failed us. Flew from offutt on numerous trips to far places like Souda Crete to Pope AFB. Live fire missile lauches in Vandenburg were the highlight of my tour. Sad day when she was discovered to have a froward body fuel leak that was not econimical to repair due to the modifications she had over the years and was relagated to AMARC.
