I was a crew chief on 297 (Ziggy) 87-89 pulled alert at Ellsworth and Minot plus several tdys on 297. # 3 engine seemed to have compressor stall problems once and awhile.

I WAS A HEAD CREW CHIEF ON THIS PLANE. I FLOW ON IT WHEN WE PICK IT UP FROM WACO TX. AFTER PACER LINK MODE, THIS WOULD BE IN THE MID OR LATE 80S.ALSO DID PULL ALERT ON IT WHEN GULF WAR BROKE OUT. SORRY TO SEE HER LIKE THIS, I HAVE A PICTURE OF HER THE DAY SHE LEFT TO GO DOWN TO YOU. THEN 61-0297 LOOKED GREAT. SHE WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST IN THE FLEET...
