DF-4J 153084 is a former Blue Angels jet. It was the 14th F-4J built and is one of 3(??) surviving Blue's F-4s. The Blues crashed 10 Phantoms between 1969 and 1973. The other survivors are 153077 which is at the USS Yorktown Museum in Mt Pleasant, SC, and 153076 which was converted to a QF-4J drone, and is possibly still in storage at China Lake, CA. 153084 was also converted to an EF-4J prior to becoming a DF-4J, and is joined at AMARC by two Thundererbirds F-4s, (NF-4E models) 66-0291, and 66-0377.
